Amy and Lee's Big day at the Ennerdale Country House Hotel, West Cumbria

If you wanted to find out how to cram a lot into a day - have a talk to Amy who organised a fabulous day for herself and her family at the Ennerdale Country House Hotel in West Cumbria. 

Horse and carriage, stretch-limo, church wedding, country house setting, slap-up meal, ice cream, bouncy castle, live band, doughnuts, pick and mix, chocolate fountain, candy floss...this wedding had the lot! In partnership with Cath from CPD Film, shooting video, this Shropshire wedding photographer took the long trip north to photograph it all. It's a long way to go to shoot someone's wedding, but when they have put their faith and trust in you to do so, it's an absolute pleasure to be there  for them to repay that with some fabulous photos of their big day and their party. 

And they know how to party in West Cumbria. It was a fine old time with lots of fun and laughter throughout the day which started off a bit...wet...with the forecast rain being there as predicted...but also as predicted it stopped just after the service, and soon the sun was out and drying the ground up so that all the photographs we had planned could be taken outside.
